The holiday season is approaching fast, and along with it comes the new line up of Career/LifeSkills training programs and workshops! The MajorsPTI Certification program, the Personality Dimensions Qualification program, and the Fabulous Facilitation program are designed to meet the distinctive needs of counsellors’, educators’ human resource professionals’ and their desire for professional development.
- The MajorsPTI Certification program has been newly revised for the 2009 year, and now includes the powerful Self-Discovery Process, in combination with three additional models of Personality Type for use with the assessment.
- The Personality Dimensions Qualification process teaches the facilitator to use a tool based on Temperament theory that provides easily accessible, highly customizable and interactive workshops, which will make adding a new “dimension” to their workshops immediately useful.
- The Fabulous Facilitation program addresses what makes the difference for a facilitator running a workshop. This hands-on session for intermediate level facilitators takes participants step by step through the key aspects for taking advantage of every opportunity that running a workshop can provide.
